- To ensure the implementation of SERVICOM principles at all service windows;
- To Monitor the University’s service delivery in all service windows in the University;
- To institute a complaints procedure and address all complaints;
- To Consult with all stakeholders;
- To ensure the promotion of quality assurance and best practice in FUNAAB performance of its functions
- Continuous sensitization of SERVICOM objectives.
- To disseminate best practices and other tips on service delivery improvement;
- To serve as a link between FUNAAB SERVICOM and Quality Assurance office of National Universities Commission.
